Our founder Darren is a recognised legal services expert having worked with law firms for well over a decade. 

Darren started out helping clients with back office cost reduction programmes and process improvement projects using best practise from across many industries. Over time, his skills have been sought by top law firm leaders to assist with strategy, transformation programmes and improvements across front line legal services where he is developing a position as a leader in the industry.  

He has developed a unique approach as a genuine alternative to the traditional 'bespoke vs commoditised' trade-off.  This approach has its roots in Darren's academic research (published in the International Journal of Operations and Production Management) in the area of Service Modularity.
